Lash Artistry Qualification Group Training offers students the opportunity to master the art of lash extensions in just three days with our expert-led, comprehensive learning experience. Covering essential techniques for Classic, Volume, and YY styles. It fosters a collaborative and supportive environment where students can learn from peers, build industry connections, and gain hands-on experience with live models. The group dynamic encourages confidence, teamwork, and real-time feedback from Lydia Rose while ensuring efficient, high-quality education. Before the course begins, you’ll receive a starter kit to start your education at home, and during the training. You’ll also be provided with a full kit containing enough stock for your first 30 clients, all featuring high-quality products. Day 1: Lash Extension Theory and Mannequin Practice

9am - 3pm (6hours)

The first day begins with a welcome and an introduction to the course, outlining the training schedule and expectations. After an overview of the kit contents, we dive into the theory workbook, focusing on topics such as adhesive glue, tweezers, lash mapping, eye shape, extensions, and isolation techniques. In the afternoon, Lydia Rose will demonstrate live model techniques, including correct tapping, tweezers grip, and infill extension removal. The day wraps up with hands-on practice on mannequins, where students will apply the techniques learned, followed by a recap and preview of Day 2

Day 2: Advanced Techniques and Application

9am - 3pm (6hours)

Day 2 starts with a review and open discussion about how the training is progressing. We cover essential topics, including waivers, consent forms, lash removal practice, and how to effectively use a booking system and social media for business. Students then revisit mannequin practice before working on their first live model, applying Classic lash extensions with guidance and feedback. The day concludes with a Q&A session and preparation for the advanced techniques of Day 3.

Day 3: Mastery and Certification

9am - 5pm (8 hours)

On the final day of training, we focus on advanced lash application techniques. The day begins with a review and preparation for working with models. Students will practice Volume lash extension application on their second model, with detailed consultations and real-time feedback. After lunch, we proceed to applying YY extensions on a third live model, ensuring students get hands-on experience with different styles. The training concludes with a certificate presentation, where students will receive their qualifications and discuss career advice, next steps, and how to apply their new skills professionally

Course Inclusions:

The training course also includes snacks, and drinks each day to ensure you remain refreshed and focused throughout the sessions. Please bring your own lunch for day 1 and 2, lunch is provided on day 3. Additionally, you will benefit from Lydia's ongoing support and guidance throughout your career, providing you with expert advice and assistance as you advance in the lash industry.

Terms and Conditions: Please note that the deposit is nonrefundable. Full payment of the course fees is required prior to the commencement of training. You will receive payment details via email once the deposit has been paid. If full payment is not made, you will forfeit your deposit and will need to make a new deposit and rebook your course dates. Additionally, training dates may be amended if only one participant books a group training session.
